Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is truly a gem, offering one of the best sea views with clean and tidy rooms super close to the magnificent beach. The service, although friendly, could benefit from more training to enhance the overall experience. The location is simply the best on the Mediterranean coast in Egypt, with some slight overcrowding issues. The dining experience is generally enjoyable, with a diverse menu to cater to everyone's taste.
I indulged in a pampering stay at Al Alamein hotel for 5 nights in July 2021. The beach access premier room offered a fantastic view and a relaxing atmosphere. While the L'Occitan amenities were a delightful touch, the room had only a basic all-purpose soap dispenser.
The hotel offers spacious and squeaky clean rooms, though they were not ready upon arrival and had a bit small size with a less favorable view. The service was outstanding and attentive, from gates to beach services. The location is excellent, known for storms during fall and winter, in a well-served place with an outstanding view of the Mediterranean Sea. The dining experience was amazing with a variety of oriental and continental breakfast choices.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, right on the Mediterranean seas beside Captain 'Wael', but the room cleanliness was not up to par. The dining options were fabulous, but the facilities still need improvements.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were nicely furnished, spacious, and super clean with a great view of the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with the exception of one staff member who lacked training in dealing with clients. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The dining experience was mostly great, although the Iftar lacked taste and variety. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
